When can I get the product?
Normally it takes 15-20 days to tailor your wedding dress. And the delivery time is depending on the shipping methods that you choose. You can usually get the product in about 30 days.
Why is your price so low?
We are an experienced wedding dress manufacturer. All wedding dresses are made directly from our factory, which has no middlemen. Since we have no shop or agents, there are no additional costs for the rental business. So we can offer you the wedding dresses at low prices.
When should I order?
Normally you get within 30 days of your wedding dress after you determine your confirmation by e-mail. Thus, we suggest you make your order a month before your wedding date. Then you can leave us more time for the confirmation, production and shipping. But if you are urgent, we can also send the wedding dress in a required time for you. But you have to pay extra $50.
Can I change my order information after I send a confirmation by e-mail?
Unfortunately, no order can be changed after we get your confirmation e-mail or telephone. To check your order carefully.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying the wedding dress?
After more than 24 hours of your purchase all orders can not be canceled, because after your payment we will make the dress according to your own measurements. We can not change the dress. And to this case, we can not give your money back. So before your payment, please confirm details such as apparel articles, color, size and other specific requirements.
How can I cancel my order?
- If you have not paid for your order, please do not worry. Every day there are many test orders on our site. And we pay attention only to contracts that have already been paid.
- If you have paid for your order.
- If you within 36 hours after your payment contact us, you will refund 70% within 3 working days will receive (for example, your total order amount is 200 EUR, we will refund 140 EUR)
-If you within 48 hours after your payment, contact us, you will receive 50% refund within 2 working days (for example, your total order amount is 200 EUR, we will refund you 100 EUR).
- (for example, your total order amount is 200 EUR, we will refund you 60 EUR)
More than 72 hours after your payment, we can not cancel your order. And we hope you understand.
Can we send you the dress exactly according to the pictures?
Yes we can! Every time we look forward to your next pictures! First, you send us the pictures of the dress by e-mail, we will read it carefully and respond as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price, including shipping costs.
When will I get my dress after ordering?
After we receive your money, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail to confirm all your order details, such as style, color, size, shipping and so on. When we receive your confirmation, we start to make your dress. It takes about 15-20 working days (please note to normal 15-17 business days excludes weekends and holidays). When we receive your order has shipped, we will send you tracking number so you can track your order in person.
All dresses are supplied by air express company, such as EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx. When we return your dress for you, we will send you an email to follow at certain online tracking site.
Can I get discounts if I order wholesale?
Yes, of course you can! You're always welcome to buy wholesale. We promise you will get the biggest discount

I have to pay for taxes?
Different country have different rules that we have no idea. We assume no responsibility for taxes, and you must pay it. Hope you can understand
It is better for you, ask your local customs of this information. They will answer and ask for something like CO or stamped and signed invoice, price and so on. Then you can offer us this information to explain your product successfully.
Who is responsible for product damage or loss is taken during transport?
Please contact our customer service first instead of the complaint ,It can't solve anything . We will examine this issue carefully, and answer within 24 hours. When you receive your item, please check before sign. if you notice any damage, you can refuse to sign it. Please also contact your local Express Company, if the item is lost in transit. They will compensate . Of course, without hesitation we will help you to resolve this matter.

How do I know how much my order will cost?
Add it to your shopping bag and simply click on checkout. Then your total costs will be calculated in your preferred currency. However, during a 24-hour period, the exchange rates are reviewed and adjusted several times.
So, maybe you want to temporarily lose your shopping bag and then later want to return later to complete the transaction. If the exchange rate has changed, the total number will be changed.

How to send back my dress?
It is better for you to contact our customer service to get a correct address and return code, because we refuse to rights to each parcel of our customers, if it has no return code from our customer service or if the clothes not in the same dress to be, we shipped you. And please do not send back by post, otherwise you will be asked for additional taxes. You also can check our Return Policy
How do I get the refund if I have already sent my dress back?
Normally we need your order to consider carefully whether it match our return policy. If it is true, we will tell you how to deal with this issue pdurch e-mail. If we agree to refund our customer service will send you the amount you will receive. Please attention to when your order is not in the same condition as shipped with spots on it, you can not get a refund. You also can check our Return Policy
Do I pay for the shipping if I send you back?
You also can check our Return Policy. Normally we have to see if your order corresponding problem with our return policy first. We pay for any mistakes we make. But if it's not our fault, we will not pay for it.
How can I deal with my dress if they are so wrinkled, while I received the package?
Actually it's the responsibility of the shipping companies because they are the people who pack your dress and send you. So we encourage our customers to check the package before you look for the dress. We accept no responsibility if mistakes are made by the express companies.
